    Although reservations are not mandatory, we highly recommend securing your spot by purchasing tickets online. With our new online ticketing system, you now have the option to choose your seat using the seating layout available at the time of ticket purchase. Especially for our shows, where demand is high, purchasing your ticket in advance ensures you won't miss out on the experience. Additionally, please note that tickets can also be purchased at the Lava Jazz box office. However, we cannot guarantee entry if the venue reaches maximum capacity. After this time, any unclaimed tickets may affect your entry, as we may release seats to accommodate other guests. You can perform one to three songs, and we'll even provide you with a complimentary flute of champagne. For other guest concerts, since they are planned and rehearsed performances, we cannot allow interruptions that might detract from the visibility of the contracted band.

However, during specific events such as DJ nights, karaoke, or themed events, we do offer counter service.
